It’s officially fall which means its time for all things pumpkin! I usually go to my nearest coffee shop to get my pumpkin fix but since I’ve been trying to cut back on my sugar intake I decided I needed to come up with my own healthier versions of my favorite fall drinks. This is why I am so excited to show you my skinny pumpkin white hot chocolate. It has all the same great taste as a regular pumpkin white hot chocolate just with a lot less sugar!
10 oz Unsweetened almond milk
2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 Tablespoons Torani sugar-free white mocha
Whipped cream (optional)
Pumpkin Spice topping
Add almond milk and pumpkin puree into a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot and make sure to mix well. Do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in Torani sugar-free white mocha syrup.
Pour the mixture in your favorite mug and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice if desired.
This drink is perfect for a chilly fall night and it’s guilt free too. It’s also the perfect drink for non coffee drinkers and children because it’s caffeine free. I buy my Torani syrups at Walmart and Smart & Final but you can order them online too.
The sugar free syrups can be used for teas, coffees, hot chocolates and yummy desserts.
