Sometimes it can be tough to get yourself into the Christmas spirit.
Like many people, Christmas is my favorite holiday but it also can be a very stressful holiday when you have to juggle all the parties and shopping on top of what you already need to do.
This is why it’s very important that you also take time to relax and enjoy the holiday and all the cozy festivities that come with it.

1. Clean And Decorate Your House For Christmas
Cleaning and decorating your house for Christmas is the first thing you should do to get yourself in the Christmas spirit. Having a nice clean home with pretty decorations can really boost your mood and set the tone for the holiday season. All you need to do is blast some Christmas music or put on a Christmas movie and get to work. You will feel so much better after you are done!
2. Set Up A Bullet Journal With A Christmas Theme
Get out the washi tape, markers, colored pencils, pictures, stencils, stickers and let your creativity shine! Journaling will help keep you on track and get you into the Christmas spirit!
3. Read A Christmas Book
Curl up in bed or by the Christmas tree and read your favorite book!

Who says crafts are just for kids? Crafting can be very relaxing and the possibilities are endless during the holidays. You can make ornaments, cards, decorations ,keychains and even your own DIY gifts to give to your family and friends.

One of the coziest ways to get yourself in the Christmas spirit is with new Christmas pajamas! They are a constant reminder of what time of the year it is when you’re at home.

Find a local Christmas festival or tree lighting event near you to help kick of the holiday season. Being out and enjoying the festivities can help bring out the holiday cheer in you.
12. Make An Ugly Christmas Sweater
Throw a Ugly Christmas sweater making party for your friends or just make one by yourself while you watch a Christmas movie.
13. Make Your Favorite Christmas Drink
Go to your local coffee shop or search on Pinterest for recipes for some holiday drinks. Peppermint hot chocolate, peppermint tea, apple cider, eggnog, Salted carmel mocha, and gingerbread are just a few holiday flavors that I can think of and Pinterest is full of different recipes for these drinks.

14. Take A Warm Bath
Taking a bath is a great way to relax from a long day of Christmas activities. Just light a candle, grab some bath bombs, bath salt, and a good book or just listen to some calming music.

Grab your favorite fuzzy blanket, a good book and lay by the fire for a relaxing end to your evening.
If you don’t have a fireplace then just turn on a Youtube video of some fireplace sounds for a cozy and relaxing effect.

Getting my nails done always makes me feel better especially during the holiday season. It’s a nice little way to treat yourself!

Coloring can be very relaxing and I would highly recommend it for people who need to de-stress after a long day.

One way I get myself in the Christmas spirit is by looking on Pinterest! There are tons of talented bloggers and photographers that upload their amazing content onto Pinterest to help spread the Christmas cheer!
20. Buy Yourself Something Warm And Fuzzy
Buy yourself a nice cozy blanket, sweater, slippers,robe, ear muffs, or just anything cozy to enjoy throughout Christmas and the winter season.
