One of the most common things I see passed around in the bullet journal community is mood trackers. The reason for this is because it can be very beneficial to your mental health and well being because it can help you you pin point the triggers that might be affecting your mood.

Once you are able to identify these triggers then you can work on how to control and prevent them from happening.

What is a mood Tracker?

Mood trackers are a fun and engaging way for you to keep track of your moods throughout the month.

You can keep track of a few moods like:

  • Happy
  • Okay
  • Sad
  • Angry

Or you can keep track of a lot of different moods and emotions like:

  • Happy
  • Okay
  • Grateful
  • Motivated
  • Productive
  • Relaxed
  • Content
  • Bored
  • Normal
  • Anxious
  • Tired
  • Sad
  • Mad
  • Stressed
  • Nervous

You can also use smiley, sad, angry, and crying faces to describe how you are feeling. That is what I do for most of my free printable mood trackers but I also put boxes that can be filled in on some of them as well.

Now that you have an idea on what moods to track, it’s time to get some ideas how you want to set up your bullet journal.
