Summer is just around the corner which means hot weather and greasy t-zones . If you have oily skin that means you are probably looking to switch up your makeup and skincare routine to help your skin deal with the warmer weather. I personally understand how frustrating it is to find a foundation that doesn’t melt or slide off your face after a couple of hours. I’ve tried numerous foundations over the last few years and have found a few holy grail foundations that have held up all day on my oily skin. Here are my top 4!
Revlon Colorstay Liquid Foundation-One of the best long wearing drugstore foundations I’ve ever tried. Its medium to full coverage, long wearing, and keeps my oily skin under control without looking overly matte.
L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation-This is a super matte and long wearing foundation. It has great medium to full coverage and doesn’t settle into my pores.
Tarte Cosmetics Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Full Coverage Foundation-This foundation provides a medium to full coverage and has a matte finish so you won’t appear oily or shiny throughout the day. It also has a very light feel so its perfect for warmer weather. This foundation also has never oxidized on me.
Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Liquid Makeup  -This is literally my go to holy grail foundation. It stays on all day and my skin never gets shiny no mater how long I wear this foundation. Its truly magic in a bottle with a great shade range and completely full coverage finish.
That completes my list for the best foundations for oily skin. I’ve personally tried a lot and I feel these were the only ones so far that have helped keep my face from looking like a oily mess at the end of the day.
