If you are a busy on the go person like me then you know how hard it can be to stick to Keto approved foods if you fail to prepare ahead of time. This is why it is crucial to make sure you always have snacks with you that can tide you over until you can have your meal.
I decided to checkout Amazon for keto approved snacks that won’t break the bank. These snacks are easy to grab and go!

Some of these snacks would fall under the lazy/dirty keto categories because they are processed. Some are also considered low carb because of net carbs. If you are doing strict keto, clean keto or don’t go by net carbs then most of these won’t work for you. Just thought I would mention since they are so many different opinions on what is and isn’t keto approved.
The Perfect Keto bars are great to grab and go for a snack or even to help curb your sweet tooth! They come in tons of different flavors like chocolate chip cookie dough, almond butter brownie, salted caramel, and lemon poppyseed.
These cheese chips are great to help curb chip cravings! They are a delicious crunchy alternative to potato chips!
These crackers would taste great with cheese or some keto friendly dip.
These cookies are great for when you have a sweet tooth but don’t feel like baking.
These bars are great for when you are on the go. They come in chocolate coconut, chocolate peanut butter, Chocolate cookie dough, or variety packs.
CHOMPS Grass Fed Beef Jerky Meat Snack Sticks
These grass fed beef sticks are non-GMO and come in different flavors like Cranberry Habanero beef, Italian style beef, original beef, sea salt beef, turkey, and venison.
ELAN Dark Chocolate Macadamia Granola
This granola can really help satisfy the crunch cravings but just be careful not to eat too much!
