It’s almost the New Year which means it’s time to start preparing for all the lifestyle changes you want to make. I don’t necessarily believe in New Year’s resolutions because I believe we should make it a point to routinely make goals that better ourselves no matter what time of the year it is. One way I like to better myself is just by sticking to a healthy eating and fitness routine. I find it much easier to stick to a routine if I write things down on a paper. That’s why I made this free fitness printable. It has a place you can write down what exercises you did for the day, what food you consumed, how much water you had, and any notes or goals you want to add. It’s pretty basic but it helps keep me on track so I wanted to share it with all of you.
