One of the biggest things people struggle with when it comes to losing weight is eating the right food.

I know that I get so tired after a long day of work that I would rather just order takeout instead of cooking.

Cooking everyday can be very time consuming and that’s why so many people just end up getting takeout. I am guilty of this which is why I started meal prepping.

If I don’t have my meals ready to go in my fridge then the chances of me slipping up and getting fast food are really high.

Meal prepping makes things so much easier during the busy work week and it helps keep me on track.

At first when I started meal prepping I was just doing chicken and vegetables and that got old really quick.

So searched Pinterest for easy keto friendly meal prep recipes that are quick but also tasty.

You can easily prep these recipes to take with you to school or work. Just be sure to put them in a microwave safe meal prep container.

There are also a few recipes that don’t even need to be reheated which is perfect for people who don’t have access to a microwave at work.
